Pulp

A full identity for a natural skincare brand, built to look the way the product actually feels.

The Idea

Natural skincare all looks the same, and it undercuts the thing it's selling.

Muted tones, thin type, a clinical distance — the whole category reads as careful and cold, when the product is supposed to feel fresh. I built Pulp to see what happens if a natural skincare brand actually looks the way it claims to feel. A bold rounded wordmark carries the system on its own, no icon holding it up. Vibrant orange on warm cream, with liquid shapes that echo the product itself.

The System

A complete identity, built out to every surface it would need to survive.

The wordmark, colour and shape language were taken all the way through — digital touchpoints, physical packaging, retail marketing. Everything was tested where it would actually be seen: at shelf distance, on a bottle, in a feed. A full identity, built without a live product behind it.
